Fleet Factors would like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in our annual sponsored walk on the 2nd of July. The 22-mile-long walk through North Yorkshire was walked by our great staff in the hope of raising sponsorship funding for the Fleet Factors Community Fund.
The objective of the community fund is to provide a means to raise money through employee events which will be directly supported by contributions from Fleet Factors and our key suppliers. In addition to our employees being able to nominate charities or events for support from the community fund our customers and work partners will also be able to apply to the fund for direct support of projects that are important to them, and which align with our corporate social values.
For Fleet Factors, community involvement and support is a vital element of how we do business. As a family-owned company, we recognise the importance of supporting our employees and our business partners within the local areas where our operations are based. Fleet recognises the value of each of these individual threads within our ‘community’ but also how much stronger and resilient this community becomes when these strands are woven to work together which has led us to establish Fleet Factors Community Fund.
