Here at Fleet Factors, we understand that staff are everything. They are the backbone of the business and without them, we couldn't provide our customers with the knowledge, service and care that we are known for.
To show our appreciation for our hardworking staff we hold staff events throughout the year for our colleagues nationwide to attend. This allows staff to team build, create relationships with staff from other depots and departments, and have some fun.
Fleet Factors recently held the annual bowling event which saw staff from up and down the country coming together, getting competitive and having fun and laughter throughout the day and evening.
The bowling event was followed by an evening event with drinks, food and a DJ for entertainment.
The bowling kicked off at 2 pm and the games were coming to a close at 5 pm – staff were transported via coaches to the night venue. A buffet was laid out with our famous Teesside Chicken Parmesan (Parmo) and lots of other light bites such as sandwiches and pastries.
An awards presentation was held in the evening. Here are the winners (and losers!) of the day:
