Modern Slavery Statement
Last Updated: 30th Jan 2026
Introduction
Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as
slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the
deprivation of a person's liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.
We are committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the Companies slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending October 2024.
We are a provider of vehicle parts, components, paints and consumables to businesses around the UK. We also have a division which is concerned with the supply of PPE and janitorial consumables.
We operate throughout the UK and employ approximately 364 people with a current annual turnover of approximately £78 million pounds.
Our supply chains include products manufactured globally and imported into the UK by approved distributors, either directly from the original manufacturers or indirectly through an approved intermediate supply chain.
We are committed to taking all reasonable steps to eliminate the potential for modern slavery or human trafficking to occur within our supply chains or in any part of our business.
As part of our ongoing obligation to report and analyse the measures implemented in our efforts to ensure that our business and supply chain are slavery free, we review our workplace policies and procedures to assess their effectiveness in identifying and tackling modern slavery issues.
Our workplace policies and procedures demonstrate our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We have implemented a system of reviews to maintain effective systems and controls to ensure (as far as possible) that slavery and human trafficking does not operate within our supply chains.
As part of our modern slavery initiatives, Fleet Factors have implemented systems to:
Fleet Factors have zero tolerance to modern slavery and human trafficking within our business.
To ensure all businesses operating within our supply chain, whether they are manufacturers, suppliers or contractors, align with Fleet Factors values we have implemented a supply chain monitoring and compliance programme.
We have clauses within our supplier agreements requiring compliance with anti-slavery measures. We require new suppliers to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) to determine their position regarding this issue prior to the commencement of any working relationship. We also periodically review agreements with existing suppliers to ensure their ongoing compliance with anti-slavery measures.
To ensure a high-level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff (via online training modules) and review the information that we supply to our employees on this subject regularly.
We ensure that reference information is updated and available to all of our employees whether in regard to modern slavery (and any other training provided to them) on our intranet which is accessible to all Fleet employees.
We regularly review our supplier’s slavery and human trafficking checks/procedures to ensure (as far as is possible) that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains.
Following a review of the effectiveness of the steps we have taken to ensure that there are no indicators of slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains we intend to:
