Our Responsibility

Fleet Factors have people as our focus; what we do for our own people, what we do for people in the communities where we operate and what we do for the environment which we share. Accordingly strong commitments to health and safety, sustainability, environmental awareness and social value are fundamental elements of our company ethos. We are proud of the hard work and dedication of our employees in achieving and maintaining our ISO accreditations.

Quality - ISO9001

Recognising the importance of customer satisfaction and providing our employees with a framework for continuous improvement is vital for Fleet Factors to ensure that our business continues to achieve the highest standards as it evolves and expands.

Environmental - ISO14001

Environmental awareness has never been more relevant for businesses. Increasingly scarce resources combined with the worsening effects of climate change have focused efforts towards halting and reversing environmental damage wherever possible. We maximise recycling and reuse and constantly strive to achieve the most sustainable supply chain possible. Fleet Factors recognise the mutual benefits that increasing social value provides to us and the communities around us whether in providing employment, work experience opportunities, training or charitable donations to community projects

Health and Safety - ISO45001

We recognise that the mental health and wellbeing of our employees is as important as their physical health. In addition to our QHSE team running awareness campaigns to encourage staff throughout the year and signposting employees to our online wellbeing resource we are a Mindful Employer Plus provider. We have also introduced the Able Futures scheme to our employees as an additional resource.
