Returns Policy

Please Note: These only apply if you're purchasing through the website

No refund or exchange is possible for liquid products if the product containers have been opened.

UK Mainland orders

Providing the goods and packaging are in a re-saleable condition and the product was not a special purchase for sale item, all UK Mainland orders have 7 WORKING days from receipt of goods to return any items which are no longer wanted or faulty for a full refund. Any returns after 7 working days will be scrapped on receipt.

International

All orders placed from outside of the UK are sent at the discretion of Fleet Factors Limited. If we receive an appropriate authorisation from the issuing bank of the credit/debit card used, then we will have no problem in despatching an order. If, however, we cannot receive appropriate authorisation, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified immediately.

All returns are at the cost of the customer. Returns policy is agreed prior to dispatch

Warranty

All products carry the manufacturers’ full warranty and can be returned to Fleet Factors. Upon receipt a replacement will be dispatched where possible by return but will need to be paid for in full before dispatch and until the report is received back from the manufacturer. The manufacturers’ report will be forwarded to the customer together with a refund if appropriate.
