Your Credit Card registered address must be used as your billing address. If you do not use this address when placing an order the payment results will come back not matched and subsequently your order will be cancelled. Enter the details when ordering the goods.
Processed orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. The most appropriate carrier will be selected to ensure your satisfaction but Fleet Factors Limited cannot guarantee a specified timescale unless specifically arranged.
Orders received after 2:30pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. All deliveries require a signature to secure their delivery and if there is no one at the address supplied at the time of delivery another delivery will be attempted on the next working day. If there is no-one at the address after the second delivery attempt then your item(s) will be sent to the nearest Post Office where it is YOUR responsibility to collect. If you do not collect your items within 5 working days then your item(s) will then be sent back to Fleet Factors Limited at which time you will have to pay for re-delivery.
We endeavour to process orders as soon as possible and the majority of our orders within UK mainland are delivered within 3 working days. If for any reason your delivery will be later than the delivery date stated we will notify you immediately to arrange a later delivery date and the option to cancel the order. As we use a third party for deliveries we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to postal strikes, transport strikes and incidents, flood, drought, civil commotion, legislation.
The United Kingdom includes The UK mainland , NOT the Highlands & Islands nor The Channel Islands and The Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.
Order placed from outside of the UK Mainland will be sent at the discretion of Fleet Factors Limited. All information provided must be correct to receive an authorisation from your issuing bank. If the information is incorrect or we are unable to receive sufficient authorisation from your issuing bank your order will be cancelled and you will be notified immediately.
